1. How do I use our Pest Racket products?
We will include a product instruction manual in the product package, you just need to follow the product instructions.
2. Are Pest Racket products safe?
You can rest assured that all of our Pest Racket products are equipped with a triple grid setup to protect you from injury during use.
3.Delivery time
Our delivery time is 6-11 business days. The details will be as follows:
Orders placed before the cut-off time of 5:00 pm.
(1) Order processing time is 1-3 business days (Orders are not processed on weekends).
(2) Shipping time is 5-8 business days.
4. Shipping methods and charges
For all US orders, we will ship via Standard Shipping.
Free shipping on orders over $30 per order.
Orders under $30 will be charged a $5 shipping fee.
5.Order Cancellation
After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
After 2 hours, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled.
