RacketExterminator.com’s hours of service are Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM (MST).
Our return order processing time is 1-3 business days.
Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 9:00 am the following Monday.
Orders are not processed on weekends.
1. Order Cancellation
After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
After 2 hours, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled.

2. How long are returns valid for?
Our returns are valid until 14 natural days after the Pest Racket products arrives.
If you have received the Pest Racket products for more than 14 natural days, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
3. About back goods freight and re-listing fees
(1) If a return is requested due to a product quality issue (such as breakage, scratches, wear and tear, etc.) with Pest Racket, shipping costs will be the responsibility of RacketExterminator.com.
(2) If returned for personal reasons ( such as do not like, do not want, etc.), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
We do not charge re-listing fees.
4. Return Process
To return or exchange the Pest Racket products, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 natural days of receiving the Pest Racket, we will prioritize your order.
Returns of Pest Racket products are subject to the following conditions.
(1) Pest Racket products support returns and exchanges within 14 natural days.
(2) You can only return Pest Racket products purchased online at RacketExterminator.com.
(3) The Pest Racket products are in new condition.
Please send the Pest Racket product in its original packaging to 432 N Benton Ave, Helena, Montana.
After the courier is sent, please send a return notification email to [email protected] and provide the following information.
1) Name of courier company
2) Tracking number
5. Refund amount
Once the returned Pest Racket arrives at RacketExterminator.com’s warehouse and passes a successful inspection, the refund process will begin.
The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days.
