Our order processing time is 1-3 business days.
Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 9:00 am the following Monday.
Orders are not processed on weekends.
1. Where we ship from?
Our warehouse address is 432 N Benton Ave, Helena, Montana, and your Pest Racket products will be shipped from there after you place your order.
In order to provide the best shopping experience and service to our customers, we have a local distribution center and supply chain in the US to ensure fast delivery and efficient after-sales support.
Therefore, we only support US orders.

2. Delivery time
Our delivery time is 6-11 business days. The details will be as follows:
Orders placed before the cut-off time of 5:00 pm.
(1) Order processing time is 1-3 business days (Orders are not processed on weekends).
(2) Shipping time is 5-8 business days.
3. Shipping methods and charges
For all US orders, we will ship via Standard Shipping.
Free shipping on orders over $30 per order.
Orders under $30 will be charged a $5 shipping fee.
4. Who is responsible for the tax?
The sales tax is the responsibility of the customer and is not borne by the merchant, thank you for your understanding.
5. About the packaging
Our Pest Racket will be packaged in a waterproof cardboard box with a shipping list. all of our packaging is waterproof and strong to safeguard the integrity of the Pest Racket product.
6. Order Tracking
After Pest Racket products are shipped, we will send you the name of the courier company and the tracking number to your email address.
You can also get the courier company and the tracking number in “account order details“.
7. Sign for receipt
After receiving the Pest Racket, if the damage is found (such as breakage, scratches, wear and tear, etc.), please email us via [email protected], and we will arrange a exchange or return for you.
